يستخدم مالوكس بلس لعلاج أعراض زيادة حمض المعدة مثل اضطراب المعدة وحرقة المعدة وعسر الهضم الحمضي. كما أنه يستخدم لتخفيف أعراض الغازات الإضافية مثل التجشؤ والانتفاخ ومشاعر الضغط/الانزعاج في المعدة/الأمعاء
